Yes, You Can RETIRE to Your Dream Home in Paradise

Quick Update 2008 - Median home prices in Hawaii remain relatively stable, unlike declining prices on the U.S. Mainland. Important key factors here are Hawaii's growing economy, continued low unemployment, and controlled limitations placed on new housing developments. See this article for more details.

Welcome to RETIRE TO HAWAII!

This site is dedicated to serving the rapidly increasing number of retired or soon to be retired people who are thinking of buying their Dream Home in Paradise.

Hawaii is an incredible location, filled with lush tropical beauty and an idyllic lifestyle beyond compare!  Here, you will find the world's finest beaches, magnificent rainforests, and fantastic year-round weather.  Also, Hawaii's unique blend of big city and country living, varied nightlife, and relaxed friendly lifestyle make "the islands" a true Paradise.

Many of the U.S. mainland's 78 million baby boomers are currently trading or refinancing their homes in hectic cities in favor of a more relaxed and fulfilled lifestyle in Hawaii.  From all walks of life, these highly motivated individuals are simply seeking a new beginning in this exciting tropical paradise...looking to enjoy Life the way it should be lived!  They are gladly leaving the corporate rat-race behind to cash-out now at the height of the mainland real estate market…and setting their sights on Hawaii!

Today, more and more mainlanders are buying island homes and earning rental income until they actually make their move to relocate.  This wisely provides the added benefits of locking-in purchase prices at current levels, along with significant tax breaks and equity growth.  And prices are certainly going up!  During the last year, Hawaii homes appreciated by as much as 25%.  This rate out-paced that in most U.S. states.  (Please see our Articles section for more information on this and other developments).

Would you prefer a modern beach-front property just outside Honolulu, a serene residential house in Kailua, or a quiet Big Island country home on a large lot?  How about a condominium on Oahu, Maui...or maybe in Kona?  Hawaii offers something for everyone!

Many of the islands' newly "retired" residents continue to work from home with only a hallway commute, while others are starting exciting new careers that they have always dreamed about.  The only difference is, they are now doing these things in Paradise!

This Dream is very possible for most individuals who currently own a home in any of the other 49 states.  If it appeals to you, as it did to us, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
